Job Title: Senior Education Counsellor / Education Counsellor Location: [Noida-16] Experience: Education Counsellor: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply) Senior Education Counsellor: 2–5 Years (EdTech preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellors and Senior Education Counsellors to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring a smooth counselling experience. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into admissions Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp Maintain and update data in CRM systems Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets Provide complete admission support from enquiry to enrollment Resolve queries and build strong student relationships Additional Responsibilities for Senior Role: Mentor and guide junior counsellors Monitor team performance and assist in achieving targets Handle escalations and complex student queries Support in training and process improvement Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and negotiation abilities Target-driven mindset Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and follow-up skills Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline Experience in counselling, sales, or EdTech industry preferred Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + Attractive incentives Performance-based bonuses Growth and promotion opportunities Learning and development support
