​Job Description: Education Counsellor (International Process)
​Sapient Hunt is hiring for the position of Education Counsellor for our International Process. We are looking for result-oriented male candidates who can guide students toward global educational opportunities.
​Job Overview
​Location: Noida Sector 3 (Near Metro Station: Sector 16).
​Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
​Mode: Work From Office (WFO).
​Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off).
​Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA + Lucrative Incentives.
​Experience Requirements
​Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales, FinTech, or B2B SaaS.
​Gender: Male candidates only.
​Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
​Guide students to choose the right international courses based on their profiles.
​Manage inbound and outbound calls to convert potential leads into successful enrollments.
​Understand individual student profiles to provide tailored counselling sessions.
​Maintain daily reports and ensure regular follow-ups with leads.
