Responsibilities:
Counsel students/parents about courses and career options
Handle inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online leads)
Explain course details, fees, and admission process
Follow up and convert leads into admissions
Maintain records and meet monthly enrollment targets
Coordinate with academic & operations teams
Requirements:
1–4+ years of counseling or admissions experience
Strong communication & convincing skills
Target-oriented and good at follow-ups
Familiar with MS Office/CRM tools
Graduate in any stream
