Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admission Counsellor to oversee documentation, visa processing, and provide comprehensive support to students and their parents. This role involves ensuring a seamless admission process, maintaining compliance with visa regulations, and delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Admission & Documentation: Guide students and parents through admissions, verify and manage required documents, and ensure timely submission.
Visa Processing: Provide assistance with visa applications, liaise with authorities, and track application statuses.
Support Services: Address inquiries, provide regular updates to parents and students, and assist with their transition to study environments.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure adherence to immigration policies and procedures.
