Job Description
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory details.
Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
Track sales performance and prepare reports.
Run promotional campaigns and optimize product visibility.
Ensure accurate stock management across all online channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and seller panels.
Basic understanding of Excel and online marketing.
Good communication and organizational skills.
