Counsellor

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Psychological Counsellor to provide mental health support to individuals dealing with emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. The counsellor will assess clients’ needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver effective counselling sessions to promote mental well-being. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and/or group counselling sessions. Assess clients’ mental health conditions through interviews, observation, and standardized tools. Develop personalized treatment and intervention plans. Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when required. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals when needed. Educate clients and families about mental health and coping strategies. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field. Relevant certification/licensure (as per local regulations). Proven experience in counselling or mental health support (preferred).
