IVF Counsellor (Female Candidate Preferred)
Education:
Graduation
Work Location:
Gurugram | Rohtak | Rewari
Experience:
1–5 Years (IVF / Healthcare Experience Preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Call leads of prospective patients as per daily targets.
Counsel patients regarding IVF, IUI, fertility treatments, and related procedures.
Resolve patient queries and provide complete treatment information.
Maintain patient records and update CRM on a regular basis.
Track patient pipeline and share conversion status reports.
Coordinate appointments between doctors and patients.
Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial packages to patients.
Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
Manage departmental operations and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.
Conduct regular follow-ups with patients to improve consultation and treatment conversions.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Strong follow-up and patient handling abilities.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and patient-centric approach.
Centre Timings:
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off:
Thursday
