Each and everything related to Sales, Showroom & Spares has to be solved by the GM.Everything concerning the 3S dealership is GMs responsibilitiesNo matter is beyond the GM purviewAll targets achievement - Sales, Service & SparesAll payment collection and not a single transaction happens without profit.No leakage in terms of monetary and information is happeningResponsible for strategic planning for improvement of Business Revenue, Employee retention, customer satisfaction level & Customer retention.
