Job Description

Key Responsibilities Drive new business development across staffing, outsourcing, and accounting service verticals Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups Understand client business requirements and position relevant service solutions effectively Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities Conduct client meetings, presentations, commercial discussions, and negotiations Coordinate internally for proposal creation, service alignment, and onboarding support Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to account growth Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities to support expansion efforts Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets Required Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within staffing, outsourcing, accounting, or service-based industries Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to independently manage the sales and business development cycle Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and client retention Target-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities Professional attitude, ownership, and relationship management skills Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools is preferred How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: [email protected]
