Job Description
A Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales strategy development, contract negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business contracts.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports
