Leveraged the Hotkey WhatsApp marketing platform to engage clients, increase product awareness, and share customized promotional offers Used CRM and sales tools to engage, create reports and send communication to B2B clients (like WhatsApp for Business, Salesforce, Tableau, Hotkeys, Pipedrive, Facebook etc.)
