Planet Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly professional Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a strong personality, and the confidence to represent our company before clients, partners, and stakeholders. Experience Required 4–5+ years in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Client Acquisition, or a related field. Salary ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month Based on experience, skills, and performance Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Identify, approach, and convert potential clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies. Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and client offices. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports. Lead and support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Required Skills Excellent spoken and written English communication. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Professional appearance and confident personality. Proven experience in client acquisition and sales closures. Ability to independently manage client relationships. Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, media, or creative industries will be preferred. Ideal Candidate Self-motivated and target-oriented. Comfortable with client visits and face-to-face business development. Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
