Job Description
🎯 Core Sales Responsibilities
Generate high-quality leads for digital marketing services
Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation → pitching → closing
Conduct client meetings (online/offline) and present KPro Digii offerings professionally
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (daily tracking in CRM/Google Sheets)
💰 Revenue & Target Ownership
Achieve monthly revenue targets (not just lead targets)
Focus on high-ticket clients
Upsell & cross-sell services (Ads + Creative + Video + Automation)
📞 Lead Handling & Conversion
Follow up on leads
Qualify leads based on budget, decision authority, and business potential
Convert cold leads into serious business opportunities
🧠 Strategy-Based Selling (Important for Premium Positioning)
Understand client business and suggest custom digital strategies
Pitch ROI-driven campaigns, not just services
Work closely with Ads & Creative team to present strong proposals
🤝 Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with brand owners, marketing heads, and corporate clients
Maintain regular communication with existing clients for repeat business
Ensure client satisfaction → retention → referrals
📊 Reporting & Tracking
Maintain daily reporting of:
Leads generated
Calls/meetings done
Conversions
Revenue closed
Use CRM tools / Sheets for pipeline visibility
📢 Market & Business Development
Identify new business opportunities in:
BFSI
Real Estate
D2C Brands
Corporate Events (your existing strength)
Attend networking events / exhibitions for lead generation
