Business Development Manager(B2B) Female Candidates only Company: PlywoodBazar.com (by Dipparv Ventures LLP) Location: Nashik Experience: 2-3Years Qualification: MBA (Marketing) / BBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field Role Overview PlywoodBazar.com is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding the company’s business network by acquiring and managing key clients such as plywood manufacturers, laminate brands, hardware suppliers, dealers, distributors, and interior/exterior product material companies. The candidate will lead business development initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth by promoting the PlywoodBazar.com platform to industry partners and ensuring successful onboarding and long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential Businesses of manufacturers, brands, hardware suppliers, dealers, distributors, and interior product companies across India. Lead client acquisition strategies to expand the PlywoodBazar.com partner network. Conduct professional business presentations and platform demonstrations to onboard companies. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key industry partners. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner support. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the plywood and interior materials industry. Maintain and analyze sales pipeline and CRM data. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and partnership targets. Guide and support the CRM team if required. Required Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong B2B sales and partnership development experience Ability to build relationships with business owners, distributors, and decision-makers Strategic thinking and business growth mindset Experience using CRM tools and lead management systems Preferred Candidate Profile MBA in Marketing/ BBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience in business development, or corporate sales Strong networking and relationship management skills Self-driven and target-oriented professional Travel Requirement The candidate must be ready to travel for business needs, including: Meeting manufacturers, distributors, and dealers Attending industry meetings and partner visits Expanding the company’s partner network across different regions will be preferred.
