Business Development Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who want to build their career in US IT Staffing Sales / Business Development. The candidate will support client acquisition, connect with vendors, and assist in generating business opportunities in the US staffing market. 📝 Key Responsibilities Identify potential US clients, Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and staffing partners. Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors. Maintain and regularly update the vendor and client database. Assist in gathering job requirements and sharing them with the recruitment team for quick closures.
