Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at at Startup Arthonirman Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold calling to potential B2B clients across PAN India (Domestic Market)
Company will provide the data, no need to arrange your own leads
No field work, complete in-office role
Identify, connect, and engage potential clients
Take follow-ups and build long-term relationships
Maintain proper records and data
Generate new leads and work towards sales targets
Share ideas and contribute to overall sales growth
Collaborate with internal team for smooth client onboarding
Work in a non-pressure environment focused on learning and performance
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
