Location: Baner, Pune Experience: 0 – 2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented professional to explore and onboard companies that require HR and Payroll services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client communication, and promoting our HR & payroll solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach companies for HR & Payroll service requirements Generate leads through calling, networking, and references Handle client communication and understand business requirements Explain company services and close business deals Coordinate with internal HR & payroll team for smooth onboarding Maintain client database and follow-up records Support company growth by achieving monthly targets Required Skills: Strong communication & interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR & Payroll processes Client relationship management Lead generation & negotiation skills MS Excel & basic reporting knowledge Target-oriented and self-motivated Note : If you are interested please check the Job Description.
