Business Development Executive – Solar Sales Company: Kirnoday Energy Pvt. Ltd. Location: Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per year Experience: Fresher / 1-3 Years Industry: Solar & Renewable Energy Job Overview Kirnoday Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to promote and sell industrial solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, sales presentations, and converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities Generate leads from industrial clients within a 100 km radius of Surat. Conduct field visits and identify new business opportunities. Explain solar solutions and their financial benefits (ROI, savings, payback period). Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings. Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records. Build strong relationships with clients and business partners. Conduct client presentations and site visits. Prepare quotations, proposals, and agreements. Achieve sales targets and submit daily work reports. Requirements Any Graduate (MBA Marketing/Sales preferred). Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in B2B, Industrial, or Field Sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Surat industrial areas is preferred. Own vehicle (Bike/Car) is mandatory. Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
