iWash Hub Business Development Executive (BDE) – Franchise Sales Department Sales Job Type Full-Time (Work From Home) Company Overview iWash Hub is a fast-growing franchise-based laundry business operating under a hub-and-spoke model. Established in 2016, the brand focuses on building scalable, profitable laundry businesses across multiple cities in India. Our goal is to expand aggressively by onboarding serious business partners and building a strong national presence. Role Overview We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive to manage and convert high-value franchise leads. This is a consultative sales role involving detailed discussions, relationship building, and guiding potential partners through the process of investing in a scalable business model. Key Responsibilities • Connect with pre-qualified leads provided by the inside sales team • Understand the prospect’s profile, investment capacity, and business goals • Present the franchise model, investment structure, and ROI potential • Conduct detailed consultation calls (phone/Zoom) with prospects • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with potential partners • Handle objections and guide prospects towards decision-making • Maintain structured follow-ups and pipeline management in CRM • Work closely with the closing team/founder for final deal conversions Work Setup & Tools This is a Work From Home role. Company will provide access to tools: PagarBook and NeoDove. Candidate must have laptop, mobile, stable WiFi, and a quiet workspace. Working Hours & Weekly Off 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 1 day rotational off Office Visit Requirement 1–2 visits/month to Delhi or Lucknow. All expenses covered. Eligibility Criteria 3–6 years of experience in sales (high-ticket preferred). Strong Hindi + English communication. Ability to explain business and financial concepts. Comfortable with long sales cycles. Preferred Franchise/business opportunity sales experience. Handling ■5L+ deal sizes.
