Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Corazon Homes. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 55,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels. Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits. Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate or any other Degree Holder and 0 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills is an added advantage. About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates who want to start their career in Real Estate Sales. This role involves interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and assisting them in buying residential/commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms. - Schedule and conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings. Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements between buyers and sellers. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, competitors, and real estate laws. - Prepare and manage documentation related to sales, agreements, and closings. - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transaction processes. Eligibility Criteria: Freshers from any graduate/post-graduate stream Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales environment Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an added advantage Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication Convincing & negotiation skills Customer handling ability Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
