Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop effective sales strategies for lead generation and customer conversion.
Handle customer meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Monitor team performance and provide training and motivation to improve productivity.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and lead management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.
Manage CRM updates and customer follow-ups effectively.
