About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our digital marketing and web development business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, understanding of digital services, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and online platforms.
Identify potential clients for:
SEO Services
Google Ads / PPC
Social Media Marketing
Website Design & Development
Mobile App Development
Branding & Lead Generation Services
Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams for project execution.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain CRM and sales reports regularly.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Knowledge of sales strategies and client handling.
Confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience in digital marketing agency sales preferred.
