Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team As a Business Development Associate at Banglore, you will play a key role in driving growth by connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our AI-based learning solutions. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound calling

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience in Business development or sales. Fluent in Tamil and English Language, Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, Computer Knowledge, Communication Skills is an added advantage.
