Job Description
Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and dispatch documents
Maintain records of sales, inventory, and client databases
Coordinate with production, sales, and service teams
Assist in tender documentation and compliance paperwork
Manage emails, calls, and follow-ups with clients and vendors
Ensure proper filing and documentation (digital & physical)
