Position: Educational Counselor
Location: Office Based
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Role & Responsibilities:
Students ko courses, admissions aur career opportunities ke baare mein guide karna.
Prospective students aur parents ki counseling karna aur unke queries solve karna.
Phone calls, WhatsApp, Email aur Walk-in inquiries handle karna.
Admission process ki complete information dena aur documentation mein support karna.
Lead follow-up karna aur admissions convert karna.
Universities aur courses ki latest information maintain karna.
Daily counseling reports aur admission records update karna.
Marketing team ke saath coordinate karke admission targets achieve karna.
Required Skills:
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Hindi aur English mein achhi speaking ability.
Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, Excel).
Convincing & Counseling Skills.
Positive Attitude aur Target-Oriented Approach.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Education, Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support preferred.
