Counselor Executive - WTF Academy Location: Sector 9, Noida Experience: 1-3 years Reports To: Academy Sales Manager Role Overview: Convert inquiries into enrollments for WTF Academy certification programs Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, web leads) 2. Counsel prospective students on course benefits and career paths 3. Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads through enrollment 4. Achieve daily/weekly enrollment targets 5. Update CRM with lead status and notes 6. Coordinate with operations for batch scheduling 7.
