• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities to learners.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain and update student records in CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth admission processing.
