Job Description

We are looking for a high-intent Business Development Executive to guide prospective students and understand their career goals. Driving enrollments for the learning programs through a blend of counseling and sales is the primary focus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and helping students make the right decisions. Key Responsibilities Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos. Understand student requirements and career goals to recommend the right program. Explain the program features, curriculum, fees, and outcomes clearly. Convert high-intent leads by building trust and rapport. Guide students through the end-to-end admission process. Assist with documentation, fee payment, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth experience from the initial inquiry to enrollment. Maintain lead information in the CRM and follow up consistently to maximize conversions. Track performance metrics including call volumes, follow-ups, demo attendance, and closures. Requirements 1+ year of experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or inside sales. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence in explaining academic programs and career pathways. Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic CRM and computer skills.
