Position Details Job Title Store Officer Experience 8–10 Years Age Limit Up to 35 Years Qualification Graduate (Regular) Salary Up to n4 LPA Language Moderate English (Read & Write) Job Type Full-Time Preferred Industry Background • Machinery Manufacturing • Automobile Assembly Companies • Generator Dealers / Manufacturers • Cooling Tower Manufacturing • Heavy Engineering / Industrial Equipment Companies Key Responsibilities • Store Operations Management – Handle factory store operations with more than 1000 inventory items and maintain proper material tracking. • Inventory & Material Control – Verify quantity, weight, packing, and maintain stock records and physical verification. • ERP & Documentation – Handle ERP entries, codification systems, stock transfers, inward and outward records. • Dispatch & Coordination – Manage packing, dispatch activities, and coordinate with production and logistics teams. • Record Keeping & Compliance – Maintain GRN, challans, invoices, and ensure accuracy in inventory documentation. Skills Required • Strong knowledge of ERP Systems • Well versed with codification system • Knowledge of inventory entries and verification process • Understanding of weight, packing, and dispatch procedures • Good knowledge of MS Excel • Strong organizational and coordination skills • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling Interested candidates matching the above criteria can share their updated resume for further process.
