Job Description
Store Operations
Manage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Monitor store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation.
Sales & Performance Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and customer satisfaction
Develop action plans to improve store performance and profitability.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and productivity.
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and damages.
