**Hiring: Restaurant Store Keeper**

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible **Restaurant Store Keeper** to join our team at **LATOYA (Manifest Hospitality)**.
### Job Requirements:
* Minimum **6 months to 1 year of experience** as a Store Keeper in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
* Minimum Qualification: **12th Pass**
* Basic Computer Knowledge
* Good working knowledge of **MS Excel**
* Good communication skills and professional behaviour
* Knowledge of **Stock Management** and **Inventory Management**
* Understanding of **FIFO (First In First Out)** and **LIFO (Last In First Out)** inventory systems
* Knowledge of **PO (Purchase Order), GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and PI (Physical Inventory)**
* Good receiving and material handling knowledge
* Product identification and storage knowledge
* Ability to maintain stock records accurately
* Knowledge of stock audits and inventory reconciliation will be an added advantage
### Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and verify incoming goods as per purchase orders.
* Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
* Follow FIFO/LIFO procedures as applicable.
* Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts.
* Coordinate with Purchase, Kitchen, and Operations teams.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store area.
