Job Summary:
We are looking for a male candidate for our dry cleaning shop who can efficiently handle customers, manage billing, and maintain daily records. The candidate should be soft-spoken, polite, and customer-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
Attend customer calls and provide proper information about services
Generate bills and manage billing system accurately
Maintain daily records (hisab-kitab) of sales and transactions
Coordinate with staff for order status and delivery updates
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic queries
