Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join one of our LUXURY CLOTHING BRAND. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure attractive product displays.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
Manage customer queries, complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and store policies.
