Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products based on their needs. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness. Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS systems. Manage stock availability and coordinate with inventory teams. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs. Maintain records of daily sales and customer feedback. Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of retail sales processes. Ability to persuade and convert walk-in customers into buyers. Team player with a positive attitude.
