Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 (in-hand) Experience: 0 – 4 years Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass Job Overview We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Defence Bakery Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will assist customers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. This role requires a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while managing day-to-day retail operations. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases. Provide accurate information on pricing, product features, and after-sales services. Promote and cross-sell products, informing customers about discounts and ongoing offers. Ensure shelves and racks are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Handle merchandise returns and exchanges efficiently. Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless customer service. Share customer feedback with the Store Manager. Stay updated on new products, seasonal launches, and bakery offerings. Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets. Job Requirements Minimum education: 12th Pass. 0 to 4 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales (freshers are welcome). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of inventory management and billing procedures. Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn and grow.
