We are looking for a passionate and well-presented Sales Executive with experience in ladies’ Indo-western and ethnic wear. The candidate should have strong fashion knowledge, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to deliver a premium and personalized shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting outfits based on occasion, preference, and body type Provide expert styling advice for Indo-western and ethnic wear Handle walk-in clients and convert inquiries into successful sales Assist customers during trials, ensuring proper fitting, comfort, and styling Take accurate body measurements and coordinate with the tailoring team for precise alterations Provide excellent after-sales service, including follow-ups on alterations and delivery timelines Ensure smooth and premium trial and fitting experience for every client Handle customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently post-purchase Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction Maintain product display, visual merchandising, and store hygiene Keep track of stock, new arrivals, and best-selling designs Build and maintain long-term client relationships Achieve individual and store sales target
