जॉब विवरण:
हम अपने स्टोर के लिए काउंटर सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव की भर्ती कर रहे हैं। इस पद पर आपको ग्राहकों को सही प्रोडक्ट दिखाना, बिक्री बढ़ाना और अच्छा कस्टमर एक्सपीरियंस देना होगा।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:
काउंटर पर ग्राहकों को प्रोडक्ट दिखाना और जानकारी देना
ग्राहकों की जरूरत समझकर सही प्रोडक्ट सुझाव देना
बिक्री (Sales) बढ़ाने का प्रयास करना
प्रोडक्ट डिस्प्ले और स्टॉक को व्यवस्थित रखना
ग्राहकों से अच्छे व्यवहार के साथ डील करना
ऑफर और स्कीम की जानकारी ग्राहकों को देना
योग्यता:
न्यूनतम 12वीं पास
रिटेल / ग्रॉसरी में अनुभव हो तो बेहतर
अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन स्किल
कस्टमर हैंडलिंग स्किल
