HAWKINS JOB DESCRIPTION – MERCHANDISER Company Hawkins Designation Merchandiser Requirements All India Industry Consumer Product Manufacturers Function Inside Sales - Promoting and Selling of the company product On Role / Off Role Off Role Location All India Experience 0 - 1 Years Salary 16,500 to 20,000/- CTC per month Education Minimum Graduate Pass Job Roles and Responsibilities • Generation of tertiary sales • Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers/dealers • Assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for • Arrange merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers • Engage with customer and discover their wants and needs • Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases and suggest purchase options • Work towards achieving sales targets. • Submit daily sales report to the manager. Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships. • Analytical skill • Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in the cookware or kitchenware industry. • Stock management and product presentation.
