Job Description
Company: Bakelite Food Processing Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle billing and ensure bill copy is provided for every transaction.
Achieve sales, bill cut, scheme, and new product targets.
Promote new products, conduct sampling, and encourage range selling.
Collect customer details for the loyalty program.
Maintain proper stock display, hygiene, and FIFO inventory.
Monitor stock levels and place daily orders on time.
Maintain accurate stock and cash records.
Take customer feedback and report to management.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Shift Details:
Rotational Shifts:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Weekly off as per management schedule.
