The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant and professional personality, and a passion for customer service and sales. She will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing product information, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products. Explain product features, designs, gold purity, diamonds, gemstones, and other jewellery-related information. Guide customers in making informed purchase decisions. Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge. Achieve sales targets and contribute to showroom growth. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented attractively. Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, and ongoing promotions. Desired Candidate Profile Female candidate ONLY. Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred. 2–5 years of experience in jewellery sales, retail sales, or customer service. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
