Counter Sales Executive

Hiring – Retail Sales Associate Location: Palladium Mall, Chennai Job Summary We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates for a premium luxury retail brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in premium or luxury retail sales and possess excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to the overall success of the boutique. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience Deliver exceptional luxury retail customer service and personalized shopping experiences Achieve individual and store sales targets Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium customers Handle customer queries and after-sales support professionally Store Operations Manage daily store opening and closing procedures Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines Ensure products are displayed attractively and correctly Maintain store cleanliness, luxury ambience, and product presentation Product Knowledge Develop in-depth knowledge of collections, craftsmanship, pricing, and product stories Explain product features and exclusivity to customers confidently Stay updated on new launches, collections, and promotional activities CRM & Customer Database Maintain customer database and purchase records accurately Follow up with existing customers for repeat business Generate leads and develop new customer relationships Inventory & Reporting Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy Prepare daily sales and operational reports Coordinate with management regarding stock movement and customer requirements Desired Candidate Profile Education Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Experience 1–5 years of experience in luxury retail, premium retail, jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, or high-end consumer brands Experience in luxury boutiques or premium malls preferred Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Customer-centric approach with luxury service mindset Strong presentation and grooming standards Attention to detail and process orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment Preferred Industry Background Luxury Retail Jewelry Premium Fashion Lifestyle Brands Luxury Home Décor Watches & Accessories Salary Best in Industry + Attractive Incentives Interested candidates can share their updated resume.
