Beauty Trainer cum Beautician @ WooStudio (Gurugram) We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just do services — but can set the standard for how services should be done. At WooStudio, we’re building a beauty brand focused on quality, consistency, and affordability at scale. This role is critical — you’ll both deliver services and train others to match that quality. What you’ll do: Provide beauty services (facials, waxing, cleanup, basic hair services, etc.) Train and onboard new beauticians Ensure service quality and consistency across the team Create and refine SOPs for services Maintain hygiene, client experience, and professionalism standards Support in improving service processes and customer satisfaction You’re a fit if you: Have hands-on experience as a beautician Can confidently train and guide others Care deeply about quality and customer experience Are disciplined, reliable, and detail-oriented Want to grow with a fast-moving startup Details: Location: Sector 56, Gurugram (in-office + on-ground) Compensation: ₹4.2 – ₹5.4 LPA Experience: 2–5 years preferred Why join?
