Job Description
We are looking for a AC and Refrigerator Technician to join our team at Gola Sizzlers Private Limited to handle the installation, repair and maintenance of cooling appliances. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000. Handle Pan India outlets
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain restaurant equipment including Ductable AC, Inverter AC, Water Chillers, Deep Freezers, Refrigerators, Cold Rooms, and Ventilation Systems.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and cooling system faults.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimum cooling efficiency.
Handle gas charging, leak detection, compressor repairs, and component replacements.
Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with restaurant operations teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
Travel to multiple restaurant outlets for inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 3 - 6 years of experience. Knowledge of electrical wiring, gas filling and basic troubleshooting techniques is a must.
Preferred:
Experience in the restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
