Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor (VRV/VRF) to oversee HVAC installation, project execution, servicing, maintenance, and site coordination activities. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, project handling, measurement verification, billing coordination, client follow-ups, and team supervision. Key Responsibilities HVAC Project Execution & Supervision Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities Handle VRV/VRF project execution and ensure timely completion of work Conduct site inspections and monitor daily work progress Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are maintained at site Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors efficiently Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical support when required Site Coordination & Client Handling Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution Handle project-related follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal departments Ensure proper completion of snag points and project closure activities Maintain proper documentation of project activities, service reports, and handover records Measurement, Billing & Documentation Prepare site measurements and verify work completion as per drawings and BOQ Coordinate and support final billing processes and documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel Read and understand HVAC drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD Material & Inventory Coordination Handle material planning, indenting, and inventory coordination Ensure timely material availability for project execution and maintenance activities Required Skills Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF systems HVAC project execution and supervision skills Site measurement and billing coordination knowledge MS Excel and MIS reporting skills AutoCAD knowledge Team handling and leadership capability Good communication and client coordination skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and procedures Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in commercial HVAC projects preferred Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and project billing Familiarity with chillers, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems Experience in AMC and service coordination will be an added advantage Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Candidates willing to travel to different project sites preferred Valid driving license will be an added advantage Knowledge of ERP/Project Management software preferred Why Join Us?
