🛠️ मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:
Split और Window AC की Installation / Uninstallation
AC की Repairing & Troubleshooting (Cooling issue, gas leakage, compressor problem)
Regular AC Service & Maintenance
Customer location पर जाकर service provide करना
समय पर और quality work deliver करना
🎯 योग्यता (Requirements):
AC Technician के रूप में कम से कम 1-3 साल का अनुभव
AC repair और installation की अच्छी knowledge
Field work के लिए तैयार होना
Basic customer dealing skills
Own tools होना चाहिए (preferred)
💰 कमाई (Earning Structure):
हर service/job पर 40% – 60% तक commission
ज्यादा काम = ज्यादा कमाई 💸
Daily/Weekly payout option (company policy के अनुसार)
