Roles & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring) Handle employee onboarding and induction processes Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures Manage complete employee lifecycle (joining to exit) Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR MIS Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll support Address employee queries and handle grievance management Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations Support performance management and employee engagement activities Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle Basic knowledge of the digital marketing or IT industry Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools Preferred Candidate Profile: Immediate joiners will be given preference 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role Organized, proactive, and problem-solving mindset How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: [email protected] Whats/Call- 9755670135
