HR Recruiter (Blue Collar Hiring) Company: HR Pro Solution (HLK Group) Location: Sector 63, Noida Experience Required: 3-6 Years Salary: As per industry standards Working Days: 5 Days a Week Job Type: Full-Time Job Description HR Pro Solution (HLK Group) is looking for an experienced and energetic HR Recruiter to handle blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements for clients across Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Warehousing, and Field Resource sectors. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline workforce. Conduct bulk hiring drives and manage large-volume recruitment requirements. Visit industrial areas, job locations, and hiring camps for candidate sourcing. Organize and coordinate walk-in interviews and recruitment drives. Source candidates through references, vendors, local networks, job portals, and social media. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients. Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates. Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases. Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and hiring updates. Recruit for roles such as Warehouse Associates, Helpers, Loaders, Delivery Executives, Retail Staff, Field Executives, and other frontline workforce positions. Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, or Field Recruitment. Experience in hiring for Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Retail, or similar sectors. Comfortable with field visits and recruitment drives. Strong communication and coordination skills.
