We're planning to hire 50 B2B Business Development Executives to build the distribution channel for our international education project. The ideal candidate will excel in this position if they can aid recruiting efforts and fulfill our Distribution needs by matching Associates. To do so, the candidate must be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To succeed, the candidate must understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner. Role & Work Description This is a full-time remote and work from own location role for a B2B Business Development Executive at क्लिक2Career. Source Eligible Channel Partners through Cold Calling, Marketing activity, and face-to-face meetings. Build relationships with prospective Channel Partners. Maintain consistent contact with your Channel Partner Team and manage the sales pipeline. Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages. The B2B Business Development Executive will assist in Channel Partners’ sourcing, screening, and scheduling Orientation and Project Training. They will also support the Training team in various administrative tasks and help maintain Channel Partners’ databases and their productivity reports. Motivating and guiding the Channel Partner Team to activate them in the operation and productivity. Working to improve Recruitment efficiency to create a Good Channel Partner Network. Manage Daily Activity Reports and Productivity of the Channel Partner Team. Qualifications & Eligibilities Graduate or Post Graduate Fresher Candidates Only. BBA, BCom, MBA, PGDM Fresher Most Preferable Candidate. Freshers Candidates Only Can Apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and email writing. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
