Job Description
End-to-End Processing: Collect timesheets, calculate gross/net pay, process bonuses, and generate salary slips.Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and regional tax regulations. For operations in India, this includes managing EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS.Data Management: Keep employee payroll records, attendance logs, and leave balances accurate and updated in the Payroll Executive - SGC Management Services database.Query Resolution: Address employee concerns regarding their salaries, tax deductions, or benefits promptly and discreetly.Reporting: Reconcile payroll accounts, prepare payroll summaries, and generate reports for management.
