Statutory Compliance & Filings: Manage and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and TDS/income tax.
Payroll Processing: Oversee or execute end-to-end payroll operations, including input validation, salary calculation, deductions, and final payouts.
